Hi. I'm Bob. I've been called Robert, Rob, N. Rob. But, really, I'm just Bob.


With all the humility of a bob, I am a top-tier employer brand, culture communications, and employee voice consultant. I've had the joy of working with some of the world's leading brands to develop enterprise-wide employee value propositions, employer brands, and internal communications programs.

Happiness. Happiness is the expression of an employment experience filled with opportunity, empowerment, trust, safety, rewards, and pride.


Strong EVPs and employer brands connect with people through emotion, not features. But, the emotion has to be a real representation of why people join, stay, and are engaged to outperform.


As a business communications practitioner, there might be no greater calling than bringing to life the best that employers have to offer. Heart, joy, and love are focal points to embrace when creating a people-first culture.
